Bid Online Now At: https://bid.alaskapremierauctions.com/ui/auctions/138049 This auction includes three bunkhouse cabins complete with furnishings and wired for electricity, plus a bathhouse/laundry cabin and a large storage shed. All of these structures open for bidding at only $5 and will be sold to the highest bidder.  AUCTION CLOSING: This auction opened for bidding on April 2nd and will begin closing Wednesday, April 16th at 6:00pm AKDT.  PREVIEW: Limited in-person previews are available on Wednesday, April 16th from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm; please contact us to schedule a preview. Additional condition reports in the form of descriptions, videos or photos can be provided upon request, please email Admin@AlaskaPremierAuctions.com at least 48 hours prior to the auction close with inquiries. DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: There is no shipping available for this auction. Loading, transportation, and any required disassembly of items is the sole responsibility of the buyer. We do not provide tools for disassembly or assist with moving heavy objects. We encourage all serious bidders to have transportation plans in place prior to the close of the auction. All vehicles/loading equipment entering the property must be insured.  LOCAL PICK-UP LOCATION: All inventory is located in the Kasilof area near the Crooked Creek State Recreation Site; the exact address will be released to winning bidders or those seeking in-person previews.  LOCAL PICK-UP TIMES: Our crew will be on-site for pick-ups on Thursday and Friday, April 17th-18th, from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm to collect payments and supervise the loading process. Limited availability, with written approval only, may be available for winning bidders to conclude loading their items the week of April 19th to April 25th; storage fees will apply starting April 26th, and any structures remaining after April 30th will be considered forfeit with no refunds given, no exceptions.
