A group of color photographs, postcards, letters, and receipts from the estate of Harvey (1900-1980) and Ellen Goodale (1915-1991). The envelopes are addressed to the artist couple; a letter from 1950 details feedback and revisions regarding a portrait they have been commissioned to paint. The receipts show orders of paint and picture frames. This lot provides an interesting insight into the process of art-making of these revered Alaska painters. The largest item measures approximately 8'' x 4''. Lots 1-28 and 30a are sourced from the same historic collection.
