The vehicle was delivered to us in running and driving condition and was able to move around our lot without any major issues during basic testing. The exterior is in worn condition and shows visible dirt, cosmetic wear, and signs of previously installed municipal equipment. The interior is in similar condition, showing general wear consistent with prior fleet use, but remains overall functional and in decent shape. As noted on some comparable units, the horn is inoperative (INOP). Mechanically, the vehicle starts, runs, and drives; however, the seller has indicated that ABS-related issues are present.
