This full-size sedan is equipped with a gasoline-powered V6 engine, automatic transmission, and front-wheel drive. The vehicle was delivered to us in running and driving condition and was able to be operated around our lot during basic testing. The exterior is in fair condition, showing typical wear and tear consistent with prior municipal use, including minor cosmetic imperfections and signs of previously installed and removed equipment. A tow bar has been mounted to the front of the vehicle; its presence suggests the vehicle may have been towed at some point. As a result, the overall roadworthiness of the vehicle has not been determined. The interior reflects similar use, with general wear and evidence of municipal equipment removal; however, it remains functional overall. The front left headlight is inoperative (INOP). Mechanically, the vehicle starts, runs, and drives; however, the seller has reported that multiple fluid leaks are present. The sources and severity of these leaks are unknown at this time, and no diagnostic work has been performed. Further inspection and repair by a qualified technician will be required. This Impala represents a standard fleet vehicle with straightforward operation but will require additional evaluation.
