Well-regarded among black powder enthusiasts for its historical design and classic handling characteristics. This reproduction revolver features a blued steel barrel and cylinder paired with a brass frame and trigger guard, complemented by smooth wood grip panels. The octagonal barrel and traditional open-top design reflect the iconic styling of mid-19th century revolvers. Fixed iron sights consist of a front blade and rear notch integrated into the frame, consistent with the original pattern. Chambered in .44 caliber and designed for black powder use, this revolver follows the classic cap-and-ball configuration typical of the 1851 Navy pattern. Markings on the barrel indicate Italian manufacture by F.LLI Pietta. Condition appears good, with visible finish wear and patina on the cylinder and brass components consistent with handling and age.
