This van comes equipped with multiple machines, hoses, and cleaning products, offering a turnkey opportunity for someone looking to enter or expand in the carpet cleaning industry or repurpose the equipment for similar use. The exterior is in fair condition for its age, showing minor dings, blemishes, and typical wear consistent with years of service. The interior has been reasonably well maintained, with some upholstery wear present, but overall remains in decent and functional condition. Mechanically, the van started up during our evaluation and was driven without any major issues noted at that time. As with any vehicle of this age, buyers are encouraged to perform their own inspection and due diligence. Included with the van is a selection of carpet cleaning equipment and accessories, including a Tennant EH2 extractor, a Windsor Dominator NWWU2250H extractor, a duct fan, as well as various hoses and cleaning products. The functionality of the included equipment has not been fully tested and should be considered unverified. Overall, this Dodge Ram Van 1500 presents a solid opportunity to acquire a service-ready platform with included equipment, suitable for continued business use, refurbishment, or repurposing. *This vehicle description is based on general observation and does not constitute a comprehensive inspection or guarantee of condition.
