A solid contender in big game hunting, with the build quality to handle regular use. This bolt action rifle features a blued steel receiver paired with a matching blued barrel and a checkered wood stock with a black forend tip for secure handling. The sighting system includes iron sights with a front ramp post and an adjustable rear leaf, and the receiver remains drilled and tapped for optics. Controls and functional elements include a side-mounted manual safety and a magazine floorplate release. Please note that this firearm is currently missing the bolt assembly and is being sold as an incomplete unit. Known for high velocity and a flat trajectory, the .270 WIN offers dependable performance against big game at varied ranges. With .270 Win, shooters can expect a combination of reach and precision suited to varied shooting tasks in the field. Accessories include the factory-installed iron sights and integrated sling swivels. Condition appears poor with heavy surface wear consistent with significant exposure or hard field use. Finish remains in presentable condition in only a few spots, with extensive surface oxidation and pitting visible across the receiver, the top of the barrel, and the trigger guard. Mechanical condition is incomplete due to the missing bolt action, and the cosmetic condition of the wood stock is poor, featuring major finish loss, weathering, and the remains of a sticker on the buttstock.
