Purpose-built for hunting and proven in the hands of experienced marksmen. This double-action/single-action revolver features a matte blued steel frame paired with a blued steel barrel and cylinder and checkered wood target grips for secure handling. The sighting system includes iron sights consisting of a red ramp front sight and an adjustable rear notch, and the firearm is in its standard factory configuration. Controls and functional elements include a serrated hammer spur, a wide target trigger, a side-mounted cylinder release latch, and a six-shot swing-out cylinder. Known for terminal performance, the 44 Magnum offers dependable performance against large game and has earned a place in specialized handgun hunting.
