Manufacturer: Golden State Arms Type: Rifle Model: 12012 Caliber: 30-06 Barrel Length: 22" Optics: Iron Sights ATF Form 4473 Required: Yes Log: 3855 S/N: 19145 Ref #: P22037538 Notes: A Golden State Arms Model 12012 rifle chambered in .30-06 with a 22" barrel and bolt-action operation. Favored by many for hunting and sporting use, offering a balance of power, reach, and traditional bolt-action handling. This bolt-action rifle features a blued steel receiver and barrel paired with a wood sporter-style stock and red recoil pad for secure shoulder placement. The sighting system includes iron sights, with a front sight near the muzzle and a rear sight mounted along the barrel. Controls and functional elements include a right-side bolt handle, internal magazine, traditional trigger, and sling attachment points with an attached leather sling. The .30-06 chambering is well-regarded for its power, versatility, and effective range, making it suitable for medium to large game hunting and general sporting rifle use. It offers a strong combination of reach and terminal performance with a broad selection of available loads. Accessories include an attached leather sling. Condition appears good overall, with visible handling marks, finish wear, and scattered scratches on the wood stock and exterior metal surfaces. The blued finish remains presentable with areas of wear consistent with field use, and the stock shows age-related marks and scuffing.
