An industrial dual-hose reel utility lot, featuring a heavy-duty Fill-Rite Series 900 mechanical flow meter by Tuthill Transfer Systems. The system is designed for commercial fluid or fuel transfer applications. The larger steel reel spools a thick black rubber transfer hose, while the smaller unit holds a pink-colored hose equipped with a manual fuel nozzle tip. The Fill-Rite meter tracks fluid usage with a four-digit mechanical rolling display and a permanent totalizer reading 1,169 gallons. The setup shows typical outdoor shop wear, including surface dust, light scuffs, and minor weathering, but all mechanical components, connection valves, and hoses appear physically intact.
