An Elgin Watch Co. Model 4 pocket watch with Grade 217 movement, produced circa 1901. This size 18s double hunter pocket watch is housed in a coin silver case with a smooth polished exterior and hinged front and rear covers. The white enamel dial features black Roman numerals, and a subsidiary seconds dial positioned at six o’clock. The interior houses a fifteen jewel lever movement with engraved nickel-toned plates.
