Steiff's Teddy 1907 Braun 70 was produced in 1993 as a large collector's replica of an early 1907 teddy bear, faithfully styled with brown mohair, elongated limbs, articulated construction, contrasting felt paw pads, and a traditional growler. At 70 cm, this is one of the more imposing early-design replicas, and Steiff limited the 1993 issue to 5,000 pieces. The model is identified by Steiff article number 406010. This example retains its Button in Ear identification and chest tag and is accompanied by its original presentation box and Certificate of Authenticity.
