It is equipped with an International VT 365 6.0L V8 turbo diesel engine paired with an automatic transmission, dual rear wheels, an enclosed commercial body, rear hydraulic liftgate, and an internally mounted Greer Inc. tank system. Inside the enclosed cargo body is a large Greer Inc. metal tank reported to have an approximate 1,000-gallon capacity. The tank includes associated plumbing and exterior access connections. Its previous application, intended contents, current contents, and overall condition are unknown. Alaska Premier Auctions has not opened, sampled, drained, or function-tested the tank or associated plumbing. The truck shows wear consistent with its age and previous commercial use. Areas of surface rust and corrosion are present throughout the chassis, underbody, liftgate, and related components. The cab interior is generally intact but shows typical wear and soiling. Tires show varying levels of wear, and bidders should review the provided photographs closely for the overall condition of the truck, body, chassis, tank system, liftgate, and tires. Known Condition Note: This truck is not currently running or operational and should be considered a repair/project unit. According to the seller, the truck has had multiple engine replacements and subsequently developed an electrical issue. A service/out-of-service tag remains attached to the truck indicating that it was removed from service following an automatic shutdown condition. The handwritten information on the tag is partially illegible, and Alaska Premier Auctions has not verified the reason for the shutdown. We attempted to supply power to the truck in order to operate the rear hydraulic liftgate but were unable to get power to that portion of the truck. Portions of the engine are currently in a state of disassembly, as photographed, and no attempt was made to start or operate the engine. No diagnostic evaluation has been performed, and the cause or extent of the mechanical and electrical issues is unknown. Bidders should anticipate that substantial diagnosis and repair may be required before the truck can be returned to operational condition.
