A striking gemsbok oryx (Oryx gazella) taxidermy shoulder mount on a four-sided oak pedestal, standing approximately 85" high overall. Exceptionally long, sharply tapered horns rise above the pale face, with ridged bases and bold dark markings across the eyes, nose and chin. The upright presentation gives the mount a strong sculptural profile and makes the animal’s dramatic horn length the focal point. Measures approximately 16" x 32" x 85" tall overall.
