Category: Taxidermy & Furs

A black wildebeest (Connochaetes gnou) taxidermy shoulder mount looking slightly to its left. Its sharply forward-curving horns, two-tone mane and tuft of long nasal hair distinguish the form. Mounting hardware is fitted to the wooden backing. The horns are fragile. The right horn boss is loose from the head and shows adhesive from a previous attachment. Measures approximately 15" x 30" x 30" tall.
