A walrus ivory polar bear and fish diorama by Joe Slirooko. The seated bear lowers its long muzzle toward its forepaws, its rounded shoulders and haunches forming a compact, contemplative pose. A small fish with incised scale and fin details rests behind the bear. Dark nose and claw accents stand out against the warm ivory, while the glossy rectangular black pedestal provides a strong visual contrast. The pedestal has surface marks and chipping along its edges; felt covers its underside. Approximately 3" x 2.25" x 2.5".
