A sterling silver butterfly pendant necklace designed by Aleasa James, paired with sterling silver dangle earrings bearing engraved formline-style decoration and MAG and DD marks. A hexagonal wooden trinket box adds a contrasting Alaska material tradition: its sides are inlaid with a mosaic of fossilized walrus and mammoth ivory, combining varied natural tones in a compact geometric design. The lid has a light-colored handle. The necklace measures approximately 18" long. The box measures approximately 5.5" across x 4" tall including the handle.
