A tall amethyst cathedral geode with a richly colored purple quartz interior framed by layered agate and chalcedony. Closely packed crystals sparkle across the upper cavity, which opens into a deeper hollow near the base above paler translucent quartz. The contrast between the crystalline interior and the banded outer border gives this upright specimen an especially sculptural presence. The underside is marked “9.4”. Approximately 7.5" x 5.5" x 12.5" tall.
