A signed photograph by Alaska wildlife photographer Johnny Johnson (1947–2025), "Denali Greets the Dawn", c.2004, numbered 83/950. Three bull caribou stand on the open tundra below Denali as morning light reaches its snow-covered slopes. Gold and rust-colored plants fill the foreground, while the mountain rises behind them in sharp whites and cool blue shadow. The accompanying artist's biography identifies Denali National Park and notes that the photograph was taken in August with an 80-200mm lens. The photograph is signed, dated, and numbered in the lower left corner in gold leaf ink and printed on Fuji Crystal Archive Supergloss paper. Also included is a 1997/98 The Art of Johnny Johnson Limited Edition Ilfochrome photographs catalog. The artwork is matted and framed under glass, measuring approximately 18.25" x 21.25" overall.
