Two signed Artist's Proof photographs by Alaska wildlife photographer Johnny Johnson (1947–2025). "Black Rhinoceros", c.2004, depicts a rhinoceros moving through green grass with its head lowered. The side view clearly shows its hook-shaped upper lip and two horns above the muzzle, while soft light catches the heavy folds of its hide. "Rhinoceros Mother With Young", c.2004, shows a mother and calf walking toward the viewer through mud and grass. The young animal stays beside her, its smaller head and short horns emerging above the vegetation. Both photographs are signed and dated in the lower left corner in gold leaf ink and printed on Ilfochrome. A care guide and artist's biography are included on the reverse. Each photograph is shrink-wrapped on board, and "Rhinoceros Mother With Young" measures approximately 16.5" x 20.5".
