Three signed and numbered photographs by Alaska wildlife photographer Johnny Johnson (1947-2025). The first example, "The Edge of Night", is dated circa 2010 and numbered 255/950. The accompanying description reads: "As 'keepers of the light', Mt. McKinley and her family of lesser peaks reflect the last rays of the setting sun in the pristine waters of Wonder Lake. Located at the end of the Denali National Park road, Wonder Lake at sunset is a magical place. Inky shadows envelope the lowlands, while Denali and her sister peaks take on a shade of melted pearl. The spreading silence is like a drumbeat-broken from time to time by the cry of a loon or the distant call of a wolf." The second example, "The Edge of Night", is dated circa 2010 and numbered 136/950. It depicts the same panoramic Wonder Lake scene, with pink light along the distant mountain summits and a dark, tree-lined shore in the foreground. The third example, "The Edge of Night", is dated circa 2010 and numbered 251/950. It depicts the same panoramic Wonder Lake scene, with pink light along the distant mountain summits and a dark, tree-lined shore in the foreground. The photographs are signed, dated, and numbered in the lower right corners in gold leaf ink and printed on Fuji Crystal Archive Supergloss paper. They are shrink-wrapped on board, measuring approximately 11.5" x 24".
