Year: 1998 Make: Volvo Model: V70 XC Cross Country Mileage: 269,947 VIN: YV1LZ5645W2525542 Drivetrain: AWD Engine: 2.4L Turbocharged Inline 5-Cylinder Transmission: Automatic Fuel: Gasoline Color: Red Title: Clean Registration: April 2027 This 1998 Volvo V70 XC Cross Country wagon is equipped with a 2.4L turbocharged inline five-cylinder gasoline engine, automatic transmission, and all-wheel drive. The Cross Country variant features increased ground clearance compared to the standard V70, offering additional versatility for year-round driving. Equipment includes black leather seating, power front seats, power windows and locks, roof rails, and a spacious rear cargo area with folding rear seats. The vehicle displays 269,947 miles on the odometer. During cataloging, a diagnostic scan identified stored trouble code P0203 – Cylinder 3 Injector Circuit/Open. This code indicates a detected fault involving the cylinder 3 fuel injector circuit, although the underlying cause has not been determined. A service reminder is also illuminated on the instrument cluster. No further diagnostic evaluation or repairs have been performed. The exterior is in fair used condition, showing age-related cosmetic wear, scratches, scuffs, and imperfections throughout. The red paint retains its overall color, although some areas show fading and finish deterioration. The vehicle is fitted with black steel wheels and studded winter tires, with tread remaining as photographed. The front bumper and lower exterior trim exhibit cosmetic wear consistent with the vehicle's age and mileage. Both headlamp lenses are heavily obscured by deteriorated film/tape and residue, and a chip is visible in the windshield. The hood can be difficult to open. The interior features black leather upholstery with visible creasing, wear, and deterioration to the seating surfaces. The dashboard, door panels, and center console appear generally intact, with typical signs of use throughout. The rear seating area and cargo compartment provide the utility of a station wagon. An additional set of four tires is included with the vehicle as photographed. At least one tire is mounted on an alloy wheel. Buyers should review the photographs to verify the condition, sizes, and configuration of the included tires and wheels. Given the vehicle's mileage and the diagnostic fault identified during cataloging, prospective buyers should anticipate that maintenance or repairs may be necessary. The extent of any mechanical or electrical issues has not been established.
