Made in Austria, the Model 31 places the bottleneck .357 SIG cartridge within Glock's full-size service-pistol format. This example has the fourth-generation grip texture, molded finger grooves and modular backstrap provision. No magazine or additional backstraps are included. The Gen4 configuration introduced an enlarged reversible magazine release and interchangeable backstrap arrangement, allowing variations in the grip's dimensions. The pistol retains Glock's Safe Action trigger system with its integrated trigger-safety lever and internal automatic safeties. The action is a short-recoil locked-breech design. A fixed front dot and outlined rear notch provide the sighting arrangement. Rear slide serrations, a frame accessory rail, slide-stop lever and textured gripping panels complete the exterior features. The Model 31 was designed around a fifteen-round standard magazine, although this example is presented without one. The .357 SIG's bottleneck case and higher-velocity service-cartridge design distinguish it from common straight-wall pistol cartridges. The slide has handling scuffs, light scratches and finish wear along the flats and edges. The polymer grip and frame show surface wear and localized discoloration. Manufacturer markings and serial TRG036 remain visible.
