Manufacturer: Taurus Type: Revolver Model: Tracker Caliber: .22 Mag Barrel Length: 6.5" Optics: Iron Sights ATF Form 4473 Required: Yes Log: 4453 S/N: FW675533 Ref #: N/A Notes: A Taurus Tracker .22 Winchester Magnum Rimfire double-action/single-action revolver with a 6.5-inch ventilated-rib barrel and nine-shot cylinder. The stainless steel barrel has a full-length underlug, giving the front of the revolver a substantial profile. TRACKER and .22 MAGNUM markings identify the barrel configuration, with a black Taurus Ribber Grip completing the sporting-revolver appearance. Made in Brazil, the rimfire Tracker combines a substantial frame with a long sighting plane and adjustable iron sights. The front ramp is paired with a rear sight adjustable for windage and elevation. The flexible horizontal ribs of the rubber grip distinguish it from a conventional checkered grip and provide a broad contoured gripping surface. The revolver has an exposed textured hammer, swing-out cylinder, textured release latch and ejector rod housed within the underlug. Its double-action/single-action mechanism incorporates a transfer-bar system. The .22 Magnum chambering offers a higher-velocity rimfire category than .22 LR, while the long barrel and adjustable sights reflect the model's target and small-game sporting configuration. The metal has scattered scratches and discoloration, with conspicuous uneven polished patches on the cylinder and wear around the ventilated rib edges. Cylinder rotation marks are present. The rubber grip retains its ribbed texture with light wear and discoloration.
