The P-11’s short slide and compact grip brought a service-caliber cartridge into a notably small handgun format, using a double-action-only firing mechanism and a locked-breech action. The steel slide and barrel are supported by an aluminum internal frame within the polymer grip housing. Textured side panels cover the grip, while rear slide serrations and fixed iron sights complete the upper assembly. The frame carries Kel-Tec CNC Industries, Cocoa, Florida, P-11 and 9mm Luger markings. The P-11 design uses a double-column magazine while keeping the overall grip relatively compact. The low sight profile and enclosed hammer arrangement preserve the model’s simple exterior outline. There is substantial rust on the slide, particularly around the rear serrations and ejection-port area, together with finish loss along the metal surfaces. The polymer grip has handling wear.
