Manufacturer: Tanfoglio Type: Pistol Model: GT27 Caliber: .25 Auto Barrel Length: 2.5" Optics: Iron Sights ATF Form 4473 Required: Yes Log: 4270 S/N: M63333 Ref #: N/A Notes: A Tanfoglio GT27 .25 Auto pocket pistol with a 2.5-inch barrel, black finish and checkered synthetic grip panels. The exposed hammer, small frame and low-profile sights give this Italian-made semi-automatic the traditional outline of a compact European pocket pistol. The safety lever and magazine are missing. The slide carries Giuseppe Tanfoglio, Made in Italy, MOD. GT27 and Cal. 25 Auto markings. EXCAM, Hialeah, Florida import identification appears on the opposite side. Closely spaced rear serrations, a rounded trigger guard and plain black grip panels keep the pistol’s exterior compact and relatively simple. The GT27 belongs to the small-caliber pocket-pistol tradition, combining an exposed-hammer layout with the .25 Auto cartridge. The Italian maker and American importer markings are useful details of this example’s commercial history, linking its production to the imported-handgun market served by EXCAM. The metal shows finish wear and scratches, with bright wear along the slide edges. The vacant safety-lever position is visible on the left side of the frame, and no magazine accompanies the pistol.
