Manufacturer: Olympic Arms Type: Pistol Model: MFR Caliber: 5.56 NATO Barrel Length: 12.5" Optics: Iron Sights ATF Form 4473 Required: Yes Log: 4293 S/N: KJ7086 Ref #: 1176255 Notes: An Olympic Arms MFR AR-pattern pistol with a 12.5-inch barrel, railed handguard and folding iron sights. The barrel is marked 5.56 NATO, and the present configuration has a bare rear extension tube with a UTG-marked end. No shoulder stock or magazine is included. The black receiver assembly is paired with a contrasting brown-toned quad-rail handguard. Ventilation openings and rail sections run along the fore-end, providing mounting surfaces around the barrel. A textured pistol grip, AR-style safety selector, magazine release, bolt catch and charging handle retain the familiar control layout of the platform. The front sight is marked Troy Industries Folding Battle Sight, with its protected front post beneath a curved hood. A folding rear aperture sight is mounted on the receiver rail. The sights can lie low along the upper rail, preserving the compact outline when folded. A slotted muzzle device completes the forward assembly. Olympic Arms and MFR markings identify the receiver. The shortened barrel and absence of a shoulder stock give this example its distinct pistol configuration. The metal and furniture show handling wear, with discoloration and wear on the handguard and muzzle device.
