The long barrel, adjustable rear sight and raised barrel rib give this example a traditional sporting and target-revolver configuration. Dark blued metalwork contrasts with the pronounced grain of the brown grip panels. The front sight is a ramped blade, with a partial under-barrel shroud protecting the ejector rod. The exposed hammer has a textured spur, and a left-side cylinder-release control sits behind the cylinder. The six chambers are visible with the cylinder open, establishing the cylinder configuration of this example. The grips have bordered checkering panels and round Taurus medallions. “CAL. .357 MAGNUM” appears on the barrel, with Taurus branding and Brazilian manufacture markings on the frame. Much of the dark finish remains, with localized scratches, finish thinning and oxidation at the muzzle and exposed edges. The wood grips show normal use wear.
