Two Protecto-Kaddy long-gun cases manufactured by Protecto Plastics Incorporated, each approximately 48.5″ × 4″ × 11″ tall. The dark green molded-plastic shells have a leather-like surface texture and angular reinforcing details, with silver-colored metal edging that outlines each case. The interiors are lined with longitudinally ribbed foam, providing a continuous padded surface along the full case length. Each case has a carrying handle and hinged latch hardware, with the Protecto-Kaddy maker’s emblem visible on the exterior. Both cases are empty. One case has fractures through the outer shell at the corners. Rust is also present on portions of the handle and latch hardware. The remaining surfaces show normal handling and storage wear.
