Two Protecto-Kaddy cases by Protecto Plastics Incorporated: a full-length long-gun case and a wider, shorter breakdown-shotgun case. Both have green leather-textured molded-plastic shells, metal edge trim and ribbed foam interiors. Their contrasting proportions distinguish the two storage formats within the matching maker group. The long-gun case measures approximately 48.5″ × 4″ × 10″ tall. The breakdown case measures approximately 33″ × 3.5″ × 15.25″ tall, with a broader interior intended for separated shotgun components. Each has a carrying handle and hinged latch hardware, and both are empty. The shorter case has an owner’s marking and a patch of worn label or adhesive residue on the shell. Some hinges and fittings show oxidation, with ordinary wear elsewhere on the exterior surfaces. Note Regarding Shipping Services: This item is exceptionally large and/or heavy, and may require custom boxing or crating depending on the intended destination and available carrier services.
