Manufacturer: Browning, Federal, Remington, Winchester Product Line: Long Range Pro, Premium, Big Game; mixed packaging Caliber: .300 WSM, .300 Savage Bullet Weight: 150 gr, 180 gr, 195 gr; others unspecified Bullet Style: Sierra Tipped, Nosler Partition, Hi-Shok, soft point; label descriptions Quantity: 78 live rounds: .300 WSM 57, .300 Savage 21; plus 11 empty .300 Savage cases A mixed rifle-ammunition group containing 78 live cartridges: 57 in .300 Winchester Short Magnum and 21 in .300 Savage. Eleven empty .300 Savage cases and a green military ammunition can are included separately. The .300 WSM portion comprises 20 Browning and 37 Federal rounds; the .300 Savage portion comprises 13 Federal, six Remington and two Winchester rounds. The Browning Long Range Pro .300 WSM box is labeled for a 195-grain Sierra tipped bullet. Federal Premium .300 WSM packaging identifies a 180-grain Nosler Partition load. Different bullet-tip profiles are visible among the Federal-boxed cartridges, so the package label does not establish the identity of every loose round. The .300 Savage packages include Federal Hi-Shok and other soft-point ammunition, with 150- and 180-grain labels among the group. The military can has a removable hinged lid, top handle and yellow stencils for 400 .30-caliber M72 Match cartridges. Those markings belong to the can and do not describe the quantity or chambering of its present contents. Open boxes were checked unless factory sealed; the 11 empty cases remain separate from the live-round total. Packaging and the can show storage wear.
