The Thacker estate in Anchorage, AK is being liquidated via online auction that will begin closing on October 14, 2018 at 6pm. This auction will end via soft closing, meaning if in the last minute of the lot closing, someone places a bid the lot, it will be extended an additional 60 seconds until closing, this will repeat until there are no new bids. This auction will close at a rate of two lots per minute. There will be a 10% buyers premium added to each lot, with a 4% convenience fee added for all credit cards processed.
