21' 7" to front of cabin, 25' 8" including hitch. Trailer has been sitting for some time, sold "as is where is" in poor condition. The exterior is fair, cracking to paint, back left window lower portion broken with plastic covering, roof vent broken, back right tail light partially broken with red tape covering, exterior does have retractable awning (not tested). Interior is fair cosmetically, two noted storage doors that do not shut completely, one with a broken hinge. Complete with stove, sink, fridge, freezer, toilet, and shower. No appliances have been tested, all appear in fair condition. The back portion of the trailer near and including the bathroom floorboards with some rot causing them to feel warped, left side exterior with some seam separation to bottom. The trailer comes with all contents including miscellaneous tools, cookware, etc. Please see all photos as part of the complete description. Again this trailer will require some work and has been sitting, sold as is. No septic holding tanks were checked and buyer is responsible to asses trailer condition prior transporting. Buyer is responsible for transporting the trailer off the property.
