Two miniature walrus ivory seals in contrasting poses: one lies extended with its rear flippers raised, while the other sits upright with its head lifted. Dark incised facial details define the eyes, noses and mouths against the polished cream-colored ivory. Mottled secondary-dentine patterns are visible on the backs and undersides. Light surface wear, fine lines and discoloration are visible, particularly on the undersides. The upright seal measures approximately 2 inches long by 1.25 inches high.
