A carved salmon with a gently curving body, open mouth, incised gill details and separately defined fins, mounted on a low antler base. The smoother face and sides contrast with the exposed porous texture along the back and tail. The eyes are carved into the surface rather than inlaid. The figure is carved from antler or bone. Overall dimensions are approximately 13 inches long by 2.5 inches wide by 5.75 inches high.
