A round, convex Coca-Cola metal advertising sign featuring a green contour bottle against a red field, overlaid with the familiar white script logo. The lower face is marked ‘A-M 6-53’, recording the maker’s code and a June 1953 manufacture date. Its domed button form and simple bottle-and-script design give the sign a strong mid-century advertising character. There is extensive surface wear, including scratches, discoloration, rust-colored areas and losses to the printed finish, with irregularities along the rim. Metal mounting brackets and a wire are attached to the reverse. The sign measures approximately 24 inches in diameter by 6 inches deep.
