"Le Moulin Rouge" by Eugène Valentin Latour (French, born 1944), a signed color print showing the Parisian landmark beneath a starry night sky. Bright storefronts, small figures, period automobiles and the red windmill create a lively street scene against the deep blue evening sky. The lower margin is numbered 108/225 and signed ‘Eugene Valentin’. Presented under glass with a dark blue mat and gold-tone frame. The frame shows surface wear, and the backing is discolored with worn tape and small losses. Overall dimensions are approximately 25.5 by 29 inches.
