"Kodiak Island", a signed print by Bruce W. Nelson featuring a sow and cubs pursuing salmon within the outline of Kodiak Island. Large bear paw impressions in a silty streambank form the background. A 1994 Official State of Alaska fine silver medallion, likely 1 ozt., is mounted in the mat below the image. A July/August 1994 Alaska People Magazine article attached to the reverse identifies the composition and describes the poster's December 1993 release. No edition number is visible. The print is framed under glass with layered gray matting; the frame shows light wear and the backing has discoloration. Overall dimensions are approximately 19.75 inches wide by 30 inches high.
