Two miniature Yup’ik coiled grass baskets with rounded shoulders, narrowing bases and fitted lids topped by small knob finials. Closely worked coils form the bodies, with short horizontal bands in dark, reddish and orange tones creating stacked geometric decoration on the natural-colored grass. Their differing proportions and patterns make a complementary pair. The larger basket measures approximately 2.25 inches in diameter by 4 inches high.
