Three small bear carvings in porous, mineralized whalebone: an upright bear, a walking bear with an open, porous surface, and a rounded bear with its head lowered. Their brown and tan surfaces vary from heavily textured to smoothly polished. One bear has putty-like material attached beneath its paws, and another has faded, unreadable writing beneath a rear paw. Surface wear, discoloration, small chips and irregular porous edges are visible. The upright bear measures approximately 2 inches wide by 1 inch deep by 4.75 inches high.
