A dimensional fish-shaped wall plaque combining a dark painted wood body with carved stone head, fin and tail elements. A small central face is surrounded by a fur ruff and flanked by two smaller fish carvings. Red and orange beads accent the surface and mouth, with two small feather clusters hanging below. Staff described the stone as soapstone and the design as Alaska Native-style. The plaque has scratches, small edge nicks, worn paint and flattened or uneven fur and feathers. A hanging fitting is attached to the back. Overall dimensions are approximately 12.5 inches long by 1 inch deep by 6.25 inches high.
