Two dog-sled scenes carved from bone or antler, each with a parka-clad musher, loaded sled and single-file dog team on a long, flat base. One team has four dogs and the other has three. The carvings have incised clothing, cargo and animal details, with dark braided cord harnesses. Cream and tan coloration varies across the pieces. The surfaces show scratches, discoloration and small edge nicks. Neither has a readily visible maker's signature. The larger scene measures approximately 11.25 inches long by 1.5 inches wide by 2.25 inches high.
